This includes:
- Members can turn up and ride at any or all of our Tuesday/Friday club rides; there is no need to pre-book. Club rides all leave promptly from one of the two meeting points and every week. You will need to be added to our club WhatsApp group to get details of where to meet.
- Members also have access to booking indoor training classes on a Weds pm and Fri am all year round. These classes are charged extra at £10 per class.
- Members have full use of changing rooms and sauna at Fitness First St Albans before and after Spinning class on Wednesday and Fridays
- Members receive exclusive invites to special events organized throughout the year, such as coached sessions at the Lee Valley Velopark, Hillingdon Circuit, or Welwyn Velopark as well as club social events

Road Skills & Confidence Course: (1 x 3 hours) – £30
Winter training Circuit Class (1 x 1 hour) – £10
Spinning Class (1 x 1 hour) – £10
