CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ROAD CONFIDENCE AND SKILLS This safety and technique focussed course in a traffic-free environment will build your confidence and competence on your road bike. Starting with how to be safe on the road and plenty of top tips, we progress you at your own pace through all the key skills: gears, balance and co-ordination, cornering, riding in a group, clip-less pedals. Don’t have a road bike? No problem – we will do our best to lend you one 🙂 Drop us an email to request one, before you book and we can arrange.This course is a pre-requisite for any new members to join our club rides.
Prices: 1 x 3hr session £30

TUES AM CLUB RIDE Our club rides take you out on the road in small, friendly groups led by experienced British Cycling qualified coaches. With a focus on safety and confidence, each rider is able to work at their own pace as well as experience riding in a group whilst discovering the best local cycling routes (plus plenty of time for chat during our coffee & cake stop!)
