Chiltern 100 training
Are you training for the Chiltern 100? Our is 8 week beatchiltern program is specifically designed to train you for the iconic Chiltern 100 Sportive, which takes place on June 1 2014. If you have already signed up, this program will get you over every hill and across the finish line. If not yet signed up, find out more and sign up here.
This program methodically breaks down each section of the course into 8 sessions, providing efforts and reps that will train your body to adapt to the challenges of the Chiltern 100.
Each session lasts 90 mins: 30 mins leg & core strength work off the bike to build strength and endurance for hills + 60 mins Spinning® session and is taught by a Spinning® and British Cycling Level 2 coach with lots of miles on their legs riding the Chiltern 100.
Even if you are not doing the Chiltern 100 this program will prepare you for any hilly sportives this season, in the UK or abroad.
Dates: The Program runs every Monday evening, March 31st to May 19th, weeks 4&5 repeat in case of missed sessions due to Easter holidays. Any missed sessions can be transferred to another beatbike class.
Class Times: Choose between session 1: 7:00pm – 8:30pm and session 2: 8:15pm to 9:45pm

Each ride starts with a short technique workshop (including riding in a group and hill climbing) coached by a Level 2 British Cycling qualified coach. (dates for outdoor ride: Sunday 13 April/27 April/18 May – search for date in classes tab to book in our easy, online booking system).
